Justin Hangs Out With Kyle Busch At Kern Raceway

Justin had the chance to spend a few minutes with his racing hero, 2015 NASCAR Sprint Cup Champion and driver of the #18 Toyota Camry Kyle Busch, and he decided to make the most of it. After learning of the "Rowdy Roundup" taking place at the SRL Winter Showdown Super Late Model race, Justin and his family sprung for the special tickets and a chance to talk to Kyle, get some pictures with him, and have a few special items autographed. Justin shared with him that he was the reason he began racing, and told him that he runs the #18 because it's his number. Kyle asked Justin where he raced, and he told him Willow Springs and CalSpeed at the Auto Club Speedway. Kyle wished him luck in his upcoming round four race at WSKA the following day, and Justin did the same for him in his race later that evening. As a special bonus, Kyle signed the front chest of his racing suit, making Justin's first real suit extra special. After the meetup, friend and teammate Diego Alvarado, who was competing at CalSpeed in the Sprint Series, sent a message with a screenshot of Justin with Kyle, because apparently he made the KBM Snapchat!

It ended up being freezing cold and windy for the rest of the evening, but Justin still enjoyed the 50-lap Modified race and the 250-lap Super Late Model race. Kyle managed to walk away with a third place finish, the same as Justin scored in his Tri-C race at CalSpeed the weekend prior. All in all, it was a great way to spend a Saturday night!
