In the tenth and final race of the season, Justin qualified on the pole for his race. Unfortunately, the kart he was given for the main simply wasn't very good, and he was forced to try and hold off the driver behind him, which he successfully did for an entire six laps. Despite a valiant effort, the faster kart prevailed and was able to give him a bump and run in one of the hairpins, sending Justin high and allowing the other driver to overtake him. With no hope of catching him, he rode out the rest of the race in pursuit, never giving up, and taking second place. However, the bigger picture was the real goal, and he succeeded in bringing home the season championship title victory.
